The games of Omaha and Omaha 8 or Better (or hi / lo as it is often called), can be much fun. To learn to look at all the cards and all possible combinations to see may be very difficult, until you’ve played a few times and shows that, if not at least 3 different cards on the board with a value of 8 or less have it no low hand. Badugi and Deuce to 7 are also increasingly popular and are considered ‘game Variationen’bezeichnet. They are usually played as a triple draw. Each player has the opportunity to three times his cards einzutauschen. Many players, especially from the older generation, have games like 5 Card Draw or even 5 Card Stud started long before holdem has been loved.
